PHILLIPS LYTLE PARTNER VICTORIA L. GRADY TO SPEAK AT NEW YORK STATE ASSOCIATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING FALL CONFERENCE
Rochester, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Victoria L. Grady will serve as a speaker at the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) Fall Conference on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. She will speak on a panel titled: “Law Matters: Legal and Contract Negotiations in Affordable Housing.”
Ms. Grady focuses on commercial law, with an emphasis on transactional lending work, including commercial lending and secured transactions, asset-based financing, commercial real estate financing, development financing, equipment leasing (including municipal leases), and loan restructuring. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America© and named the Best Lawyers® Banking and Finance Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Rochester, New York, in 2015 and 2022.
The New York State Association for Affordable Housing is the trade association for New York’s affordable housing industry. It includes for-profit and nonprofit developers, lenders, investors, syndicators, attorneys, architects and others active in the financing, construction and operation of affordable housing. It holds conferences in Upstate New York and New York City annually.
