Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Anna Mercado Clark served on a panel at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Business Law Section Fall 2020 Meeting CLE Program. Ms. Clark’s panel was titled, “Data Privacy: How to Advise My Clients on Current and Emerging Regulatory Environment.” The panel was sponsored by the Committee on Diversity. The conference took place on Thursday, October 22 and Friday, October 23.

Through three hypotheticals, the panel will discuss the impact of CCPA, GDPR and the recent Schrems decision, and how to advise your clients on complying with existing and emerging privacy statutes and regulations.
