Mercado Clark Speaks on Mentorship at NAPABA Partner’s Summit

Anna Mercado Clark presented at the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) Partner’s Summit on the topic of mentorship. The discussion, titled “Mentorship – Leaning Into Mentorship for AAPI Lawyers Both In and Outside of Your Firm,” addressed some issues APA attorneys are facing in their rise to become equity shareholders and law firm leaders; some mentoring techniques that make a difference in the careers for APAs; and how attorneys can assist with building skills necessary for promotion.
