The CBLA is a coordinated effort to strengthen the pipeline of diverse bar association leaders by providing leadership training and professional development programs that will benefit current and future leaders of bar associations, and the legal profession overall.

In addition to providing the welcoming remarks, Anna served on the following panels:

  • The Presidents Panel – This dynamic and interactive panel brought together the current Bar Association Presidents to share their unique perspectives and experiences in leading diverse legal communities. They provided insight into the pathways to the national bar leadership, the power of collaboration, and ways to manage crises while maintaining your practice and serving your association’s members and the public.
  • Vignette on Board Communications, Problem Solving, & Crisis Management – In today’s rapidly evolving legal landscape, effective communication is paramount for the bar leaders to inspire confidence, foster trust, and navigate critical challenges with agility and clarity. This presentation equipped bar leaders with the strategic communication tools necessary to effectively engage stakeholders, manage crises, and advance organizational goals.
