Milan Tyler served as a panelist for the New York State Economic Development Council’s (NYSEDC) Economic Development Conference to discuss the prevailing wage mandate that was part of the final 2020 budget passed in New York. The mandate would be applied to private funded projects that received 30% of the total construction project costs from public funding. Milan and other industry experts discussed the implementation of the new law and how it is currently impacting projects.
