Several recent initiatives promise to make it easier to deploy communications infrastructure in the future. The latest reforms of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) will streamline permitting to help speed infrastructure development. In addition, FCC Orders for limitations on small cell regulations survived a recent challenge in the 9th Circuit Court. This panel, including David Bronston, will explore the most recent changes to permitting at a state and national level and look ahead to future industry initiatives that will shape new network deployments.
