Buffalo Business First State of the Region – Energy

With the Climate Action Council Scoping Plan complete, there are real challenges for businesses to address.  Phillips Lytle and Buffalo Business First presented the latest State of the Region panel on energy and the opportunities under the CLCPA and the Inflation Reduction Act. Panelists examined the economic development opportunities and how businesses and the New York Power Authority can move forward under the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) and the Inflation Reduction Act to create economic benefit. The panel provided diverse views in order to better understand the future of energy.
