Phillips Lytle LLP attorneys Ken Manning and Erin Borek are partnering with the Minority Bar of Western New York (MBAWNY) to present a four-part CLE series titled “Litigating Police & Prison Abuse Cases.” It starts September 24, 2021 with an in-person event, followed by the four-part series held virtually via Zoom.
This program will bring several experienced litigators together to discuss best practices and common issues involved in handling cases related to prison and police abuse. It’s designed to help prepare attorneys who are interested in expanding their practices to represent people whose Fourth and Eighth Amendment rights have been violated.
