Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Kevin J. Mulvehill joined other local experts on a panel for the Rochester Business Journal’s webinar on Labor & Employment Law on February 10, 2022.
Panelists addressed changes in labor and employment law and what business need to do to remain compliant. Mr. Mulvehill discussed the use of volunteers, interns, independent contractors and employees. Other topics included the impact of COVID-19 on labor & employment law, the importance of documentation for disciplinary issues, drawing policies and the importance of employee handbooks, and New York’s new whistleblower law.
