Phillips Lytle LLP Partner F. Kenneth Graham presented a workshop on “Legal Advice for Start-ups,” hosted by the Fredonia Technology Incubator (FTI) on December 3. The presentation, hosted in-person and via Zoom, focused on understanding corporate and intellectual property considerations when entering the U.S. market.
The workshop is part of FTI’s signature Entrepreneurial Education Program, which provides entrepreneurs with useful, hands-on information and offers the opportunity for them to ask questions to the presenters. FTI is an economic development program of SUNY Fredonia that works with external partners to promote economic growth by supporting entrepreneurship and development of new, innovative companies into successful business ventures.
