Clark, Panelist, Instructor and Mock Judge for AABANY Program

Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Anna Mercado Clark, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP, participated as an instructor for the Opening Statements and Direct Examinations morning panel for the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) Annual Trial Advocacy Program (TAP) presented by the organization’s Litigation Committee on February 5, 2022.  Ms. Clark will also be serving as a mock judge for the morning session’s small group workshop.
