In matters related to real estate lending, our Real Estate attorneys collaborate with the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice for additional advice and expertise on commercial and residential lending, including construction, permanent, multifamily mortgage, warehouse, leasehold mortgage, as well as lending that involves the Small Business Administration, New York Small Business Development Center, industrial development agencies and other quasi-governmental agencies.
