Represented a leading national REIT owner and operator of self-storage properties in numerous transactions with respect to the purchase, either directly or via joint venture agreements, of multiple sites in numerous states with aggregate purchase prices totaling over $1.4 billion in 2021.
Represented a publicly traded REIT in an underwritten issuance of public debt totaling $600 million in 2021.
Represented a publicly traded REIT in multiple underwritten public offerings of shares of its common stock in 2021 with gross proceeds totaling approximately $850 million.
