The webinar will provide the tools – policy, training materials, and invaluable tips – to conduct harassment prevention training of all employees as required by the New York State Labor Law and guidance. This training is essential to protect your organization and management team from liability from #MeToo and related claims.
Mr. Donathen has practiced in the area of workplace law and litigation for more than 30 years. He handles federal and state discrimination lawsuits and agency charges under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and the N.Y. Human Rights Law, and investigates and litigates employee disloyalty matters, including covenants not to compete, trade secrets, confidential information, and theft of product.
As a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Team, Ms. Lowe represents both public and private employers regarding employment discrimination, harassment, employee disloyalty, wrongful termination, employment contract disputes, and non-compete agreements. She concentrates her practice on civil litigation matters in federal and state courts, including complex corporate disputes, business litigation, breach of contract, construction, and appellate advocacy.
