ALBANY, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Richard E. Honen will present at the Stocchetti Summer Accelerator Program at Siena College Stack Center. The event will take place on Monday, June 6. Mr. Honen will present on the topic of startup law.

Mr. Honen focuses his practice in corporate, finance, and venture capital law, and complex commercial litigation. He is the firm’s Venture Capital Team Leader and is the Partner in Charge of the firm’s Albany office. He provides corporate counsel to a broad spectrum of companies from start-up to Fortune 50 and has lectured extensively, particularly on the topics of corporate law, venture capital and angel investing. He also represents companies in complex commercial litigation matters.
