PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP SPECIAL COUNSEL JON P. YORMICK TO PARTICIPATE AS A PANELIST AT CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW EVENT “TRADE LAW ENFORCEMENT AND JUSTICE IN CHANGING TIMES: A PRACTITIONER FOCUSED CONFERENCE ON UNITED STATES INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW”
Cleveland, OH – Jon P. Yormick, special counsel for Phillips Lytle LLP, will participate as a panelist at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law event “Trade Law Enforcement and Justice in Changing Times: A Practitioner-Focused Conference on United States International Trade Law.” The event will be held at the Moot Courtroom, 11075 East Blvd. in Cleveland on Friday, October 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Mr. Yormick will be on the panel for the session titled “Planning and Beginning a Career in Trade Law — The Current Market for Trade Lawyers.”
The conference will provide an in-depth analysis on the current state of international trade law as practiced in the United States and offer a preview of how upcoming policy changes may affect the nation’s trade relations.
Mr. Yormick is an experienced international business and trade lawyer, practicing for more than 20 years. He has represented clients in the advanced manufacturing, advanced materials, aerospace and defense, distribution, electronics, energy, medical device, oil/gas, pharmaceuticals, professional services, steel, textiles and apparel, and transportation/logistics sectors.
