PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER RONALD S. SHUBERT TO PARTICIPATE IN PANEL DISCUSSION ON “HOW TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT SITUATIONS”
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle Partner Ronald S. Shubert will participate in a panel discussion titled “How to Deal with Difficult Situations” at a Western New York Chapter of the Community Associations Institute event on April 21, 2016, at Protocol Restaurant in Williamsville, N.Y.
In additional to Mr. Shubert, the panelists include a community manager, a case manager, a police officer, and an educator. Each panelist will give an overview from his or her perspective, followed by audience questions.
Mr. Shubert currently represents more than 400 community associations across New York State. He has served the community association industry for more than 35 years. He will address issues regarding a community’s legal documents. He will also discuss the impact of hoarding; meeting etiquette for board members and homeowners; communications; and legal recourse as a last resort in managing difficult situations.
Mr. Shubert concentrates in the area of community association law, including the representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations and the preparation of Offering Plans for developers and sponsors of condominiums and homeowners’ associations.
