Albany, N.Y. – Richard E. Honen, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, will be a judge at the 2015 High School Business Plan Competition. Eighteen teams including 50 participants are expected to compete.
