PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER JOHN G. SCHMIDT JR. PRESENTED AT ERIE INSTITUTE OF LAW EVENT, “ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) IN THE COMMERCIAL DIVISION” 

Buffalo, N.Y. – John G. Schmidt Jr., a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, spoke at the Erie Institute of Law Event “Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the Commercial Division.” He presented on the topic of “The Litigator’s Considerations in Accessing ADR.” The event was held on Tuesday, April 21, at the Bar Association of Erie County, 438 Main Street, Buffalo, N.Y.

Mr. Schmidt concentrates his practice in the areas of business disputes, commercial litigation, employee disloyalty, federal practice, business torts, elder fraud, technology litigation, white collar/government investigations defense, FDCPA defense and class action defense. Mr. Schmidt is the co-leader of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Team.
