PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ELECTS THREE ATTORNEYS TO THE FIRM’S PARTNERSHIP
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP elected three attorneys to the firm’s partnership. Chad W. Flansburg (Litigation), Amanda L. Lowe (Litigation) and Todd A. Ritschdorff (Litigation) have been named partners effective January 1, 2017.
The firm extended the offer of partnership to these attorneys as a reflection of their hard work, dedication, firm citizenship, and many accomplishments.
Mr. Flansburg, based in the firm’s Rochester office, concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on contractual disputes, real property, personal injury, products liability, and collection enforcement. He also focuses his practice on criminal defense matters.
Ms. Lowe, based in the firm’s Buffalo office, concentrates her practice on civil litigation matters in federal and state courts, including complex corporate disputes, business litigation, breach of contract, collection, construction, personal injury and wrongful death claims, commercial disputes, and appellate advocacy. As a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Team, Ms. Lowe represents both public and private employers regarding employment discrimination, harassment, employee disloyalty, wrongful termination, employment contract disputes, and non-compete agreements, and counsels clients on policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
Mr. Ritschdorff, based in the firm’s Albany office, concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, including workouts and reorganizations, as well as commercial and equipment finance litigation. As part of that practice, Mr. Ritschdorff also advises clients with regard to judgment enforcement in New York State.
