PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ADDS ATTORNEY KEVIN C. BLAKE
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP announced the addition of Kevin C. Blake as an associate. He will be based in the firm’s Buffalo office.
Mr. Blake focuses his practice on energy law, including advising clients on business development issues and the regulation of electricity, natural gas, and telecommunications before state and federal authorities.
Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Kevin was a fellow with the Colorado Office of the Attorney General where he represented consumer interests in electricity and natural gas matters. He also served as the senior research director for an energy information services company where he advised clients on the leading areas of new clean energy and consumer technologies transforming the electric utility industry including energy efficiency, demand management, distributed generation systems, and electric transportation.
Mr. Blake received his B.A. from Gettysburg College and his J.D. from University of Colorado, Boulder.
