Phillips Lytle Managing Partner Kevin M. Hogan Honored With C-Level Executives Award From Buffalo Business First

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Managing Partner Kevin M. Hogan has been selected by Buffalo Business First to receive a 2021 C-Level Executives Award. Mr. Hogan joins an impressive list of influential Western New York leaders who have been honored with the award.

Since the C-Level Awards began in 2012, over 200 people have been recognized as honorees, a distinction that signifies they are among Western New York’s most effective and impactful business leaders. This year’s winners will be honored during an event on November 4, 2021, at the Statler in Buffalo.

Mr. Hogan was honored with a C-Level Award for his work as Managing Partner of Phillips Lytle, one of Western New York’s largest law firms. His practice is focused on environmental law, intellectual property and litigation. He has extensive experience counseling clients on environmental compliance at the state and federal levels. An experienced litigator with a track record of successfully resolving disputes, Mr. Hogan defends clients in environmental cost recovery claims, toxic exposure lawsuits and engineering and professional malpractice claims. He also represents clients in disputes involving patents, licenses, trademarks and other intellectual property. Mr. Hogan is a skilled negotiator who also serves as a court-designated mediator in the Western District of New York.
