Rochester, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Kevin J. Mulvehill and Associate Luke Kalamas will present “Recent Changes at NLRB” at the Rochester Chamber of Commerce Friday HR Briefing on Friday, June 1st at 8 a.m. The event will take place at the Five Star Bank CityGate Branch – Flower City Community located at 395 Westfall Road in Rochester.
Mr. Mulvehill and Mr. Kalamas will discuss the recent decisions issued by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) as well as the General Counsel’s new guidelines from GC Memo 18-02.
Mr. Mulvehill’s practice is business-oriented and broad based. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, wage and hour class and collective action litigation, and counseling and representing public and private sector employers.
Mr. Kalamas concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation. He also has data security and privacy experience, including assisting clients with crisis planning and data breach response and notification. Mr. Kalamas has helped clients draft contracts and develop policies relative to data security issues in the employment context, including confidentiality agreements, as well as non-compete and other restrictive covenants.
