Albany, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Associate Kaitlin N. Vigars was recognized as a rising star in the Capital Region and named to City & State’s Albany 40 Under 40 list. This list notes that youthful experts, advocates and activists are a driving force in an array of important policy areas and professions in the state capital, from cannabis, casinos to construction and commerce to combating COVID-19 and implementing value-based care.

Ms. Vigars concentrates her practice in the areas of environment, energy, and telecommunications, including agency proceedings. She also has experience with land use and zoning matters, including siting of renewable energy and transmission projects and telecommunications infrastructure.
