PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP SPECIAL COUNSEL JON P. YORMICK TO PARTICIPATE IN PANEL DISCUSSION AT TURNAROUND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION WEST MICHIGAN EVENT TITLED “WHAT LEVY IS DRIVING YOUR CHEVY? THE IMPACT OF TARIFFS AND OTHER GOVERNMENTAL POLICY”
Buffalo, N.Y. – Jon P. Yormick, special counsel for Phillips Lytle LLP, will participate in a panel discussion at the Turnaround Management Association West Michigan (TMA WM) event “What Levy Is Driving Your Chevy? The Impact of Tariffs and Other Governmental Policy.” The event will take place on Tuesday, February 19th at The University Club, 111 Lyon St. NW, Grand Rapids, MI, from 11:45 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Topics of discussion will include:
- How to identify the direct and indirect impacts of tariffs
- Assessing the adverse impacts that companies may face due to a change in regulation
- Understanding the ripple effects caused by tariffs
- How to create strategies for companies adversely impacted by tariffs
