PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ATTORNEY FLORA DONOVAN NAMED TO LAWYERS OF COLOR’S 2022 HOT LIST
New York City, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP attorney Flora Donovan was named to the Lawyers of Color’s 2022 Hot List , which recognizes early- to mid-career attorneys excelling in the legal profession.
Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. First released in 2013, the Hot List consists of attorneys who exemplify integrity, high achievement, leadership and a passion for diversity.
Flora is an associate (admission pending) at Phillips Lytle in the firm’s Land, Environment & Energy Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on land use and zoning, real estate and telecommunications law. Flora received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Wesleyan University. She is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York.
