PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER DOUGLAS W. DIMITROFF TO SERVE AS PANELIST AT NEW JERSEY WIRELESS ASSOCIATION EDUCATION EVENT
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle Partner Douglas W. Dimitroff will participate on a panel at the New Jersey Wireless Association 4Q Education Event. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 14th at the Harrah’s Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ.
The panel discussion will focus on the model ordinance for municipalities from the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee (BDAC). Mr. Dimitroff is a member of BDAC and chairs the BDAC Model Code for Municipalities Working Group.
Mr. Dimitroff focuses in the areas of telecommunications and commercial real estate law as leader of the firm’s Telecommunications and Project Development Teams. He has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications matters, representing leading telecommunications carriers, infrastructure providers, and numerous other clients involved in the telecommunications industry.
