Attorney Jeffrey D. Coren Contributes To LawExchange International’s “Guide to Enforcing Foreign Judgments”
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Senior Associate Jeffrey D. Coren contributed to the inaugural publication of the LawExchange International (LEI)opens in a new window “2022 Guide to Enforcing Foreign Judgmentsopens in a new window.” Mr. Coren co-wrote the New York – USA section of the LEI publication, which provides a general overview of the law with respect to enforcing foreign judgments in multiple jurisdictions across the globe.
Thirteen countries are represented in the publication, including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Germany, Kenya and others. The publication demonstrates the value and global bench strength that LEI’s member firms can provide to their clients. Access to this knowledge can prove invaluable to clients doing business in foreign markets by helping clients navigate the local laws, procedures, economic and business climates, cultures and politics in the countries in which they are doing business.

He is admitted at the U.S. Court of International Trade and is the Co-Chair of the International Law Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County.
