PHILLIPS LYTLE PARTNER ANNA MERCADO CLARK NAMED TO
LAWYERS OF COLOR‘S INAUGURAL NATION’S BEST LIST
New York, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle Partner Anna Mercado Clark has been named to Lawyers of Color‘s Inaugural Nation’s Best list, which is presented by Major, Lindsay, and Africa with the support of the Diverse Partners Network. The Nation’s Best list recognizes law firm partners and senior-level corporate counsel. Ms. Clark will be honored at a reception for the Eastern Region on Wednesday, June 12 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Foley & Lardner LLP, 90 Park Avenue, New York, NY. She will also be profiled in Lawyers of Color‘s Nation’s Best 2019 issue.
Lawyers of Color is a 501(c)(3) devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. The organization celebrates attorneys of color and conducts research and studies regarding the intersection of the legal profession and social justice.
As leader of Phillips Lytle’s Data Security & Privacy and e-Discovery & Digital Forensics Practice Teams, Ms. Clark focuses on complex e-discovery and digital forensics, cybersecurity and data privacy, and complex commercial litigation. As a former Assistant District Attorney, she also handles white collar criminal matters and investigations. Ms. Clark is an active member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY). She is also a founding and board member of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York.
