PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER ANNA MERCADO CLARK, CIPP/E, TO SERVE AS PANELIST AT “WOMEN ON THE RECORD: WHO SPEAKS & WHY” CRIMINAL LAW SERIES EVENT AT FORDHAM UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW
New York, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Anna Mercado Clark, CIPP/E, will serve as panelist at a “Women on the Record: Who Speaks & Why” Criminal Law Series event at Fordham University School of Law. The event will take place Thursday, January 31 in the Moot Courtroom, Fordham University School of Law, located at 150 West 62nd Street in New York City. This panel will be tailored to the experience of women on all sides of criminal law and the unique challenges to being heard in such a space. Ms. Clark serves as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law. The Honorable Deborah Batt, Senior United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, is also one of the panelists.
As leader of Phillips Lytle’s Data Security & Privacy and e-Discovery & Digital Forensics Practice Teams, Ms. Clark focuses on complex e-discovery and digital forensics, cybersecurity and data privacy, and complex commercial litigation. As a former Assistant District Attorney, she also handles white collar criminal matters and investigations. Ms. Clark has been awarded the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) designation by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), a preeminent certification for advanced concentration in European data protection laws, standards and practices.
