Kimberly R. NasonErie County selected Phillips Lytle to oversee the environmental review process for the new Buffalo Bills stadium.  Phillips Lytle’s proposal consisted of a group of consultants, led by the firm, to provide a comprehensive and thorough analysis for the Buffalo Bills Stadium SEQR review process.  Partner Kimberly Nason said, “Based on the firm’s experience, we have assembled a team that we feel is the most qualified to assist the County in this important process.”
