Phillips Lytle Attorneys Author New York Chapter in Chambers U.S. Regional Real Estate 2021 Guide
Buffalo, N.Y. – Several Phillips Lytle LLP attorneys collaborated to author a chapter on New York’s real estate sector for a national legal resource, the Chambers U.S. Regional Real Estate Guide. The guide provides legal insights to help developers, construction managers, investors and other stakeholders navigate the regulatory and business landscapes facing the industry. It explores the impact of COVID-19 and provides up-to-date information on U.S. tax law changes, real estate finance, planning and zoning, investment vehicles, commercial leases, construction and income tax withholding for foreign investors.
