Washington, D.C. – James Kevin Wholey, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, will speak at The Atlantic’s “Cybersecurity Today: New Players, New Risk, New Knowledge” conference on October 6th . Mr. Wholey will participate in the discussion “On the Front Lines: New Risks and Knowledge.”
