The prestigious national list includes 59 attorneys from five Phillips Lytle offices

New York, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, is pleased to announce Eric M. Kraus, a partner in its New York City office, has been named to The Best Lawyers in America 2016 list.

Mr. Kraus was cited for his practice in Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Defendants.

Overall, 59 Phillips Lytle attorneys have been selected by their peers for inclusion in this prestigious annual list. In addition to Mr. Kraus, 47 attorneys from Phillips Lytle’s Buffalo office were included in The Best Lawyers in America 2016 list, as well as nine from the firm’s Rochester office and one each from its Albany and Jamestown offices.
