Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Ronald S. Shubert to Receive Western New York Educational Service Council 2017 Award for Excellence

PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER RONALD S. SHUBERT TO RECEIVE WESTERN NEW YORK EDUCATIONAL SERVICE COUNCIL 2017 AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle Partner Ronald S. Shubert will receive the Western New York Educational Service Council (WNYESC) 2017 Award for Excellence in the category of Board Member. Mr. Shubert has been a board member for the Williamsville Central School District for 18 years. He will be honored at the WNYESC Awards for Excellence Banquet on April 27th at the Millennium Hotel in Buffalo.

Mr. Shubert concentrates in the area of community association law, including the representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations and the preparation of, and filing with, the New York State Department of Law, Offering Plans for developers and sponsors of condominiums and homeowners’ associations. He also handles complex construction defect litigation and real estate tax certiorari proceedings and foreclosures.
