The focus of the Forum will be on the flow of money across national borders, with two key questions for discussion: What are the recent trends and drivers of global investment flows?; and How can emerging and established businesses, as well as governing agencies in the Southern Tier take advantage of the opportunities that these cross-border flows offer as funding sources for company growth, job creation and regional economic prosperity?

She also advises employers on proper I-9 form compliance and the use of the federal E-Verify employment authorization program.

In addition, Ms. Jazayerli has extensive expertise in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor visa program, providing assistance to individuals seeking U.S. permanent residency through investment, and U.S. companies seeking EB-5 Regional Center designation to allow them to finance job creating projects.
