PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER MARK J. MORETTI TO BE INSTALLED AS PRESIDENT OF MONROE COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION AT ANNUAL DINNER
Rochester, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Mark J. Moretti will be installed as President of the Monroe County Bar Association (MCBA) at the Bar Association’s annual dinner. The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Rochester on June 23rd at 5:30 p.m.
Mr. Moretti will be sworn in by State Supreme Court Justice Craig J. Doran and will be the 121st President of the MCBA.
Mr. Moretti focuses his practice in the areas of business and tort litigation with a concentration on construction disputes, commercial contracts, ERISA, estate disputes, banking litigation, insurance defense and subrogation, commercial leases and other real property litigation including real property taxation and condemnation.”
Mr. Moretti previously served as Chairman of the Trial Section of the NYSBA. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America (2007-2015) and Upstate New York Super Lawyers (2007-2015). He was named a Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year in 2012.
