Buffalo, N.Y. – Craig R. Bucki, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, has received the 2015 “Chairman’s Award” from the Town of Amherst Conservative Party for his trial advocacy in New York State Supreme Court in an election law case that uncovered irregularities in designating petitions filed with the Erie County Board of Elections on behalf of four Conservative Party candidates for public office in the Town of Amherst. The case resulted in the withdrawal of all four candidacies.
