PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER BENJAMIN M. FARBER PRESENTED “PROTECTING THE COMPANY: WORKING WITH OUTSIDE PARTIES” AT ALBANY LAW SCHOOL’S CLEAN TECH TALKS 

Albany, N.Y. – Benjamin M. Farber, a partner at Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, presented at Albany Law School’s Clean Tech Talks on the topic of “Protecting the Company: Working with Outside Parties” on Tuesday June 30, 2015, at the Tech Valley Center of Gravity in Troy, N.Y.

The presentation focused on orienting start-ups and emerging companies to various issues and associated agreements typically used when working with third parties with a view towards protecting company information and founders.

Mr. Farber focuses his practice in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law compliance. He has advised various types of entities in corporate matters, ranging from start-up ventures to publicly-held companies.
