PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ATTORNEY TODD A. RITSCHDORFF ELECTED TO THE CAPITAL REGION BANKRUPTCY BAR ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

Albany, N.Y. – Todd A. Ritschdorff, an attorney with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, has been elected to a one-year term on the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association board of directors.

The Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association is an organization comprised of attorneys throughout New York’s Capital Region, and its main purpose is to provide educational support and networking opportunities for its members and other bankruptcy practitioners.

Mr. Ritschdorff concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, including workouts and reorganizations, as well as commercial and equipment finance litigation. As part of that practice, he also advises clients with regard to judgment enforcement in New York State.

Mr. Ritschdorff earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and his B.S., cum laude, from Marist College.
