PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ATTORNEY ANNA MERCADO CLARK TO PRESENT AT CLE “FRCP AMENDMENTS: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW”
New York, N.Y. – Anna Mercado Clark, an attorney with Phillips Lytle LLP, will speak at a CLE titled “2015 FRCP Amendments: Everything You Need to Know.” The event will take place Monday, March 14 at Bryan Cave in New York. The event is co-sponsored by Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York (FALA New York) and the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).
Ms. Clark will discuss some of the most impactful amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) that recently took effect on December 1, 2015.
Ms. Clark focuses her practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation including banking/lender liability litigation, and contract and business disputes. As a former Assistant District Attorney, she also handles white collar criminal matters and investigations.
