Phillips Lytle LLP Associate Kimberly Nason to Speak at Erie Institute of Law Event, “Environmental Law: the Light, the Dark, and the Grey”

PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ASSOCIATE KIMBERLY NASON TO SPEAK AT ERIE INSTITUTE OF LAW EVENT, “ENVIRONMENTAL LAW: THE LIGHT, THE DARK, AND THE GREY” 

Buffalo, N.Y. – Kimberly Nason, an associate with Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, will speak at an Erie Institute of Law event, “Environmental Law: the Light, the Dark, and the Grey.” Her speech is titled “Shining a Light on Solar Project Development in New York State.” The event will take place Friday, May 1, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Bar Association of Erie County, 438 Main Street, 12th Floor, Buffalo, N.Y. 14202.

Ms. Nason focuses her practice on environmental law. She has been involved with regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence and transactional support. She also handles land use and zoning matters focusing on compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act.

Ms. Nason received her B.A., magna cum laude, from George Washington University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
