PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ADDS ATTORNEY LINDSEY E. HAUBENREICH

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP announced the addition of attorney Lindsey E. Haubenreich as an associate. She is based in the firm’s Buffalo office.

Ms. Haubenreich focuses her practice in the area of environmental law. Her experience includes environmental compliance, litigation, appeals and alternative dispute resolution, as well as representing clients in regulatory and transactional matters before the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and New York City Environmental Control Board. In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Haubenreich has a background in environmental science, and began her career as a regulatory compliance specialist in the industrial hazardous waste sector prior to entering law school.

Ms. Haubenreich received her B.S. from the University of Michigan and her J.D., cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
