PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP ADDS ATTORNEY JEFFREY D. COREN

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP announced the addition of Jeffrey D. Coren as an associate. He will be based in the firm’s Buffalo office.

Mr. Coren concentrates his practice in the area of complex business litigation, including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, theft of trade secrets, breach of non-compete agreements, and business fraud claims. His practice also includes international litigation and judgment enforcement.

Mr. Coren has experience litigating cases in federal and state courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in arbitration. He also has represented companies in federal and state investigations.

Mr. Coren received his B.A. from Duke University, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
