Michael Borrello, Fredonia Technology Incubator Legal Advice for Startups

PHILLIPS LYTLE ATTORNEY MICHAEL BORRELLO TO PRESENT AT FREDONIA TECHNOLOGY INCUBATOR LEGAL ADVICE FOR STARTUPS WORKSHOP

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Attorney Michael Borrello will present at a Fredonia Technology Incubator workshop titled, “Legal Advice for Startups.” The workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 28 from noon to 1:00 p.m. The workshop is complimentary, open to the public and will take place remotely via Zoom.

The virtual workshop is designed to assist entrepreneurs and startups with an overview of key legal issues. Mr. Borrello will offer an overview of key issues facing start-up companies, including a discussion of intellectual property issues (patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets) and corporate formation issues. The workshop will also cover information on entity choice considerations and how to structure a business to increase efficiency in day-to-day operations, as well as anticipate funding hurdles.
