PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP PARTNER KENNETH A. MANNING TO MODERATE “CAN-AM BORDER IMPROVEMENTS LEADERSHIP BRIEFING” PANEL AT INTERNATIONAL TRADE DAY EVENT
Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Kenneth A. Manning will moderate a panel titled “Can-Am Border Improvements Leadership Briefing” at the International Trade Day Event “Border Improvements Briefing, Workshops & Networking with 50+ U.S. & Canadian Border Officials,” hosted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 13 from 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Buffalo Marriott HARBORCENTER, located at 95 Washington Street in downtown Buffalo.
Mr. Manning is vice-chair of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority board of directors. He is the leader of the firm’s Class Action, Education, and Government Operations Practice Teams. He has experience in bet-the-company corporate and commercial litigation, including dissolution proceedings, employment termination disputes, and controversies involving the sale of goods and services. In addition to personal injury and wrongful death claims involving products liability, workplace accidents, negligence, and environmental exposure experience, he has prosecuted and defended class actions in both state and federal courts, and has experience in challenges to governmental actions, including taxes and assessments, as well as actions for declaratory relief.
