PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP SPECIAL COUNSEL JON P. YORMICK TO PRESENT AT U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION WORKSHOP “UNDERSTANDING YOUR EXPORT CONTROLS AND SANCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES”

Rochester, N.Y. – Jon P. Yormick, special counsel for Phillips Lytle LLP, will present at the U.S. Small Business Administration workshop titled, “Understanding Your Export Controls and Sanctions Responsibilities.” The event will take place on Thursday, November 21st at Pittsford Library, 24 State Street in Pittsford, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Mr. Yormick will discuss ITAR, Export Administration Regulations, U.S. Control Lists and Licenses, among other material. This program will explain the variety of export controls that businesses should be aware of in order to be in full compliance when creating an export plan. This is part 1 of a 4-part export information series.
