ATTORNEY F. KENNETH GRAHAM JOINS PHILLIPS LYTLE LLP’S BUFFALO OFFICE

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP, a premier regional law firm that is recognized nationally for its legal excellence, announced the addition of attorney F. Kenneth Graham as an associate. Mr. Graham will be based in the firm’s Buffalo office.

Mr. Graham focuses his practice in corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, securities law compliance and corporate governance issues. He also advises and provides transactional representation for health law clients, including skilled nursing and residential health care facilities as well as pharmacies. In addition, Mr. Graham has experience in business litigation, specifically contractual and shareholder dispute matters.

Mr. Graham received his J.D. from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University.
