County Lawmakers Approve Bills Stadium MOU

The Erie County Legislature has selected Phillips Lytle to oversee the environmental impact study for the Buffalo Bills’ new stadium.  The deal for the new stadium cleared a hurdle with the legislature unanimously approving a memorandum of understanding, but legislators cautioned higher hurdles lie ahead before a final agreement is reached.
