Read the ArticleThe Gateway Lofts Project in Jamestown, NY has been ongoing since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Lindsey Haubenreich noted that, after losing its investor during COVID, the client, Southern Tier Environments for Living, had to rethink financing. The project will include 110 units, including studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Fifty-six of those apartments will be supported by funding through the NY Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative, while the other 54 unites will be provided for low- and moderate-income residents.
